Essequibo man secures bail on malicious damage to property charge
Yansen France, a 35-year-old unemployed resident of Queenstown, Essequibo Coast, was charged with the offence of malicious damage to property and released on bail.
He made his appearance before Magistrate Esther Sam in the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court.
According to the charge, France committed the act on the property of Marven Cox, a 47-year-old from Queenstown, Essequibo Coast, on February 17, 2024.
After the charge was read to him, Magistrate Sam granted France $100,000 bail and adjourned the case to March 5, 2024.
