Breaking News: GPL CEO hospitalised after suffering from stroke
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Guyana Power and Light Incorporated (GPL), Bharat Dindyal is currently hospitalised at a private institution after suffering from a stroke on Monday.
A well-placed source told MTV News Update that Dindyal was meeting with Senior Government officials when he collapsed. His condition is listed as “severe.”
Dindyal was reappointed as the CEO of GPL shortly after the People’s Progressive Party/ Civic (PPP/C) Administration took office.
He previously served as the company’s CEO from 2006 to 2015.
