Teen succumbs days after Perseverance fiery bike crash
Days after he was involved in an accident on the Perseverance Public Road, Essequibo Coast, 17-year-old Homindra Lall has succumbed to his injuries on Saturday.
Last Wednesday, Lall, known as ‘Shane,’ of Cullen, Essequibo Coast, was involved in an accident after he reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a motor car.
As a result of the collision, he was flung off the motorcycle, which subsequently burst into flames.
The teen was picked up by public-spirited citizens in an unconscious state and rushed to the Suddie Public Hospital.
However, owing to the intensive injuries he received, he was transferred to the Public Hospital Corporation’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he died. Lall sustained injuries to his head and fractures about his body.
