‘Suga’ allegedly stabs Berbice labourer during row over cellphone
An argument over a cellphone on Tuesday night ended with the death of a No. 53 Village, Corentyne, Berbice labourer.
The dead man has been identified as 31-year-old Colene Toney. MTV News Update understands that the fatal incident occurred just after 23:00 h at the No. 53 Village.
Reports are that the two men were arguing over a phone when the suspect, identified as ‘Suga,’ stabbed the victim and escaped.
