Police find 40 grams of marijuana hidden in bus shed at Westminster
Police on Friday unearthed 40 grams of suspected cannabis hidden in a bus shed at Westminster, West Bank Demerara (WBD).
The Guyana Police Force’s (GPF) Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) said that ranks acting on information received, went to “White Shop Short Cut,” located at Westminster, WBD, at about 17:00h and conducted a search.
During the search, ranks found an Ensure bottle in the bus shed containing 20 transparent ziplock bags with suspected cannabis.
The drugs were taken to the La Parfaite Harmonie Police Station, where it was weighed and amounted to 40 grams.
