Guyana will be represented by 13 local bodybuilders at this year’s Central American and Caribbean (CAC) games in Barbados.

The Guyana Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (GBB&FF) will be fielding a contingent of 15, inclusive of two officials, to represent Guyana at the CAC games from July 27 to August 1.

Guyana's contingent includes Kerwin Clarke, Emmerson Campbell and Rosanna Fung who have already medalled at this event before.

The remaining athletes are Darious Ramsammy, Roger Callender, Nicholas Albert, Rawle Greene, Julio Sinclair, Colin Chesney, Jonathan Jeffrey, Christina King, Asanti Conway and Angelica Ramos.

All of these athletes have dominated their respective divisions on the local stage.

Additionally, Fung also recently competed at the IFBB Florida Classic 2022 in Florida, USA on June 25 where she captured a silver medal.

She was joined there by local bodybuilder Yannick Grimes who is no stranger to the local and international stage. He secured a bronze medal at the event.

The GBB&FF is set to host its National Intermediate Championship and its Mr. Berbice Classic on July 2 in the Ancient County of Berbice at the Berbice High School.
