TopEnd fitness trainers Guyana are set to host a kickboxing-based fitness programme to promote a healthier lifestyle among persons who don’t typically participate in athletic activities.

The KickFit Bootcamp is a fitness programme primarily based around traditional Boxing, a taste of bare Street fighting, and Freestyle Kickboxing skills.

It is a non-competitive and no-contact workout designed to burn fat, build muscle and get fit. Techniques involve using the whole body, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

The programme aims to burn fat, build muscle, improve stamina, improve body composition, boost confidence, feel and look healthier.

Anyone over the age of 14 can participate. No experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. This will be held on the top floor of the Giftland Mall in the Executive Fitness Studio. Slots are limited, however, with only 12 persons per class.

Classes include warm-up, fitness drills, deep stretching, kickboxing & boxing technique, and heavy bag work, among other fitness exercises. The first class will be held on October 3 at 9:00hrs.

Interested persons can book their spot by contacting 600 0305. Classes are three days a week at $25,000 per month.
